It’s over 2 years since I started with my online fitness sessions. Before they were run via WhatsApp but now I would like to make them more accessible. I just love doing these classes.

Your membership includes:
- 2 “live” 30 minute classes per week
- 3 videos per week

Class schedule & details:
Mondays at 7am will be HIIT – a mix of High Intensity Interval Training in the form of cardio but it won’t just be running. We will be doing some strength work too.
Thursdays at 7am will be a good ol’ “Abs with Glutes” session. A nice bit of toning.
A “Circuits’ Video will be shared each week for you to do at your leisure, as well as videos of the HIIT and Abs sessions, if you missed them.
Discounted rates for face-to-face classes are £6 in stead of £7 or £10, or sign up for my Medium Pass.
